While you may be potentially frustrated, we certainly understand your frustration. However, your safety is our number one priority during this pandemic. We look forward to seeing you all very soon. We're preparing to welcome you back in our lobbies in the coming weeks. Although we can safely and swiftly accommodate the vast majority of your requests from our Drive-ups, ATMs, Customer Service Center, and Online and Mobile Banking, we know that sometimes you prefer an in-person conversation. We are therefore focused on providing you exceptional service in an environment that is safe for you, your neighbors and our associates.
When we open the doors you’ll see some slight changes to our lobbies that mirror the changes you have likely seen at your local grocery store. There will be sneeze guards, hand sanitizer stations, and floor markers to help you with social distancing in all locations. Additionally, we are stepping up our cleaning routines with everyone’s safety in mind.
We will post an updated message with specifics on our reopening date once a final date has been identified. As you know we see a daily fluctuation of data that helps drive our decisions. We intended to be prudent and focused on safety as we reopen.
