Over the past few weeks, we've been preparing for a change within your mobile banking experience, and now that time has come. You’ll notice some fantastic changes within your mobile banking app, especially within the look and feel; there is also a tutorial to help you get the hang of the new app.
One of the features is the ability to personalize and customize your experience. Do you want to see your accounts first? Or Payments First? It is up to you.
Customization allows you to tailor your app so it fits your personal banking needs. One size does not fit all at Essex Bank.
All of your mobile banking settings have remained the same and you will use the same username and password to login as before. We wanted to make this transition as smooth as possible so you can continue using the current app until June 18th if you’d like.
